On the way home is the last, climactic phase of the month long residency. From the very beginning, the goal of the artists was to provide foreigners living in Bydgoszcz access to cultural spaces as producers and active participants. The exhibition offers visitors an insight into the process based on the workshops, but also some experience from participating in them (relying heavily on interactive works). The show ends the last phase of the residency – it becomes a space for exchange between its participants and the city, between immigrants and the local audience.
